CONCORD, NH — Adolphe Ndayishimiye, born 2000, of Concord was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on July 23, 2021, on breach of bail and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident at Royal Gardens. Brycen Robert Horne, born 1998, of Concord received a reckless operation citation at 8:34 p.m. on July 21 after an incident on Sewalls Falls Road. William D. Crabb, 44, of Concord was arrested at 11:24 a.m. on July 21 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident at 62 Manchester St. Jennifer Lynn Connor, born 1972, of Pembroke was arrested at 5 a.m. on July 20 on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an incident on Manchester Street. Brett Alexander Seeley, 36, of Concord was arrested at 8:38 a.m. on July 10 on felony aggravated driving while intoxicated-collision with a serious injury and driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was arrested on North State Street near the New Hampshire State Prison for Men. Seeley is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on Sept. 2 for an arraignment. He was arrested after an incident on Hoit Road. Dashnaw has three active drug cases in Merrimack County Superior Court out of Hooksett and one from Hillsborough County Superior Court North out of Bedford. Sheriffs issued a warrant for his arrest on April 27 on failure to appear at two arraignments. Ryan W. Streitenberger, 40, of Laconia was arrested at 12:48 a.m. on July 17 on a warrant as well as three possession of controlled drug charges. He was arrested after an incident on North Main Street. Streitenberger was arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court on July 19 and held on preventive detention. Cory A. Bernard, 39, of Berlin was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on July 16 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street. Kevin D. Harrington, 43, of Concord was arrested at 6:14 p.m. on July 15 on a bench warrant after an incident on Garvins Falls Road. Megan Douillette, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on July 15 on an unauthorized use charge after an incident on Pleasant Street. Curtis J. Ayer, 32, of Concord was arrested at 8:30 a.m. on July 14 on second-degree assault-deadly weapon, criminal mischief, and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges. He was arrested after an incident at the homeless camp on Black Hill Road.
