Grounds Technician Position Available! Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm Responsible for keeping the grounds of a large Apartment Community and all amenities cleaned and in good visible condition. Responsible for reporting blinds, inoperable cars, and unsightly patios to the office. Responsible for keeping breezeways blown out and cleaned. Responsible for keeping the pool brushed down and vacuumed out. Responsible for keeping the dog stations emptied and full of bags. Responsible for keeping the landscapers informed of trouble areas and making sure they handled accordingly. Responsible for being the eyes and ears of the property manager to help with problem areas and get them maintained. Needs to know how to use a *Leaf blower *pressure washer *Minor Painting *good physical condition as this position requires a lot of foot work. *Understanding that the position is 95% outside work and knowledge of how to stay hydrated and deal with outdoor temperatures Keep Community in pristine condition - picking up grounds, Keeping breezeways pressure washed and free of debris, keeping the amenities clean and free of Debris, Helping keep the pool vacuumed and chemicals accurate, some minor maintenance as needed. Help with the overall integrity of the apartment community.
