Need Landscaper to troubleshoot sprinkler system

Hi there. I just bought a house in Henderson and am having trouble getting the sprinkler system working. I have never seen the sprinkler system turn on. The property has about 15 trees and bushes in the backyard, and 3 in the front yard. Please contact me with quotes for troubleshooting and fixing the system, and separately for the cost of a new system. Please include your experience with landscaping and sprinkler systems.
