Repair my mysterious rain water leak.

I could probably go on and on about how annoying this has been for several years now.. When it rains water goes on my carpet in the corner of my add-on Room. I now have new carpet and new padding... I'm not sure if the water is trickling down from somewhere up top or coming in from the bottom. Possibly a bit of both. I'm looking for someone who has the skills to find out and fix this problem once and for all! The bottom portion of the outdoor wall is soft and spongy. Perhaps the paneling in that area will need to be replaced.. Maybe the paneling will need to be removed just to see what is going on. Maybe the gutter will also need to be removed to do this... I'm not sure... So I'm looking for someone who is confident they could tackle this type of job. Someone I could rely on and preferably someone with experience in building... I am near 19th Avenue and Greenway road in Phoenix... I'll be honest, I am not looking to pay a fortune to fix this problem however I do understand it may be a little expensive if it is more involved and requires a lot of work...
