Press release from the Cass County Government: 07/26/2021 10:30 am 4-H members from 23 clubs in Cass County entered exhibits in the 4-H Division in the 4-H Building at the Red River Valley Fair.= "Over 1,100 projects were exhibited at this year's fair," says Rita Ussatis, NDSU Extension Agent with Cass County. It takes many hours of hard work and dedication by many leaders and youth to make the fair a big success.  Local businesses and families generously support Cass County 4-H members at the Red River Valley Fair in the 4-H Division with cash awards for the Best of Show in 12 areas. Cass County First Place Champions received a $25.00 cash award and Cass County Second Place Champion received a $15.00 cash award.
