Why are so many people on probation in New Mexico, still on probation after their time is up? Seems like the New Mexico Justice system needs to keep people on probation long after their time is up because... To keep the money flowing into the probation department? To scare people into submission? Because the people don't know what their rights are? ~ I don't get it. What is going on? New Mexico is the most corrupt place I've ever lived. The probation department needs a serious audit.
