If you haven't heard of us, take a look at our website: www.HCGP.net or check out our Instagram: hammerhead_construction_sb Currently we are looking for: - General laborer's - Skilled Laborer's - Skilled carpenter and/or framer's You must be on time to work and have a good attitude and work ethic. Transportation and a cell phone are required. The job can be physically demanding and requires lifting heavy objects or handling heavy equipment often. Being in good shape and health is a benefit for this type of work. We are willing to teach those who are willing to learn. There will be plenty of opportunity to move up and excel in this industry. We do a lot of different work in the trades and are looking for well rounded individuals that can handle doing more than just one trade or skill. Laborer's will be expected to pick up trash and debris, load the trailer, clean up the job site, and demo drywall, framing, tile, flooring, ect. Shovels, picks, brooms, trash cans, gloves and safety equipment will all be provided. Skilled laborer's will do the same as above and also be expected to make cuts with a skilsaw or miter saw, use a cordless drill, basic hand tools, operate machinery or equipment and other tools. They will assist the team members in basic tasks and jobs that aid the overall efficiency of the crew. Carpenters and framers should have their own tools or most of them for basic wood working needs. Have basic knowledge of framing terminology, framing and building in general, roof framing, finish carpentry, door and window installation, cabinetry, baseboards and casing, decking, ect. Pay will range any where from $18/hr - $50/hr depending on skill, experience, knowledge and tools. Offering part time and full time work depending on the person. Hammerhead construction is licensed, insured and bonded. Employees will be paid bi-monthly.
