Studio B and partial time in Studio A of Silverside Recording is available for a long-term lockout! Seeking a responsible, respectful tenant to come into the space to share with other like-minded industry professionals. Studio B adjoins to Studio A, which houses tons of top-of-the-line gear and equipment/instruments. We're located in the heart of Hollywood, just off Santa Monica Blvd, 5 minutes from Guitar Center. Studio comes with: - acoustically tuned and treated mix/control room - large treated & tuned recording booth - wall pass throughs for sound isolation - premium recording desk and chair - loveseat Studio includes access to premium gear including: Chandler TG2 2-channel preamp, Manley Reference Large Condenser (1x), Royer 121 (x2), RE20 (x2), AKG C414 XLII (3x), vintage electric and acoustic guitars, basses, amps and more. Wifi, water ADT security system and gated/locked access included. No smoking inside the studio, but a courtyard area is available for that directly outside the front door.
