35 gallon fish tank with everything

I have a 35 gallon fish tank that comes with the stand, cleaning supplies, a very nice new fluval filter, 2 bottles of dried blood worms, fluval bug bites, and frozen brine shrimp, a top fin air pump, two sponges, extra decor, a giant air stone and a extra air tube for the air pump, 8 neon tetras, 4 guppies, a bala shark and a golden algae eater, all the decor in the tank, and a extra set of lights (though the ones were using now are new too, a fluval water heater, and a lights control do you can turn on and off the lights with the remote. I’m asking 300 for it since I payed about 700 for everything. Basically Everything in here i just replaced so it’s all new. I’ve just been very busy lately and can’t clean the tank consistently or feed them every night so I need somebody else to give them a better home. I can do drop off for an extra 10 dollars (or less/more depending on how far you are) or you can pick up. Fish tank is big so make sure you have enough room in your car when you come to take it. Please only serious inquiries only I want someone who can make sure the fish are healthy and well taken care of. Thanks :)
