H&M Landing, the West Coast’s LARGEST Sportfishing company, is seeking individuals for the following position: Assistant Dock Master. Maintenance and repair of our commercial marina. Must be able to work in a dynamic environment interfacing with customers and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner. Hours vary between 430am to 9pm including some weekends. Applicants should have a basic understanding of use of hand and power tools and the ability to work independently. Compensation varies based upon experience. Full time employees, we are offer a $500 hiring bonus and a $750 retention bonus for those seeking full time employment and completing the full season.
