We are an e-commerce small business located in Chula Vista, California. We specialize in wood flowers. The Role: Fulfillment Associate Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time Responsibilities Include: - Pick, confirm, and pack daily orders - Inspect products for defects and damages - This position requires that ZERO mistakes are made on customers’ orders. Verify the contents and quantities packed match those that what were ordered - Package orders into correct boxes for shipment - Communicate any issues related to products with the management team - Check and restock inventory, receive shipments, and keep a neat and organized work station - Perform other general warehouse duties as needed Requirements: - Excellent attention to order details. Quantity and quality of items is very important for this role - Must be responsible, hardworking, trustworthy and organized - Must have open availability and flexible hours - Moderate ability to speak, read and write in English - Ability to stand, bend, reach and lift light boxes (3-10 lbs) during entire shift - Speaking Spanish is an added bonus - Interest in arts and crafts is an added bonus This will initially be a part time job for at least 5-6 hours a day Monday-Friday. Based on performance, the position can be permanent. Flexibility is very important as some days could be 5 hours, and other days 8 hours. We look forward to meeting you!
