Now hiring in Clairemont Mesa!! We are a leading repair-shop provider of electronics repairs -- such iPad repair, iPhone Repair, MacBook Repair, and other Electronics repair services. Position open immediately for a Repair Technician. Experience Required with iPhone, Mac, MacBook Repair, iPad Repairs... PC Computer Repair! Must know your way around Apple's iOS system: Backups, restores, cloning data, data transfers, upgrading. If you have extra knowledge like jailbreaking or unlocking etc., you have enough brains we can teach the rest. Must already know how to do iPads and iPhones. This position will: * Work in a repair-shop environment * Repair iPad, iPhone, Mac and PC Computers (hardware and software) * We provide training - but existing experience is preferred at least to 80% of this ad * Customer service skills desired to answer and assist with Customer questions about repairs by phone and in person. We have work available as part-time and full time. In the beginning if your experience is less, so will be the hours given. We need an individual that already knows what they are doing, that person will be advanced quicker to full-time and full pay. If your the individual we pick and you have little experience, we will work with you and teach you and bring you up to par, but may be a slow process depending on your abilities. You must have some type of experience. Lets hear it. Monday - Saturday openings - Flexible Full Time Schedules availability. Skills and Experience: * Prior repair-shop experience working with iPad, iPad Pro, iPad Air, computers, iPhones, and electronics is highly desired * Apple product knowledge and enjoyment of Apple devices is a big plus * You should also have English skills (writing and speaking) and be prepared to interact frequently with customers! : ) * You will mostly be working the front desk answering calls, assisting walk-in customers and multi-tasking to a high degree. * You will be needed to change iPhone screens, batteries, ports etc. The simple repairs. We do the advanced repairs in another room. *You will basically be the front desk secretary given quotes, diagnosing problems, and finding solutions. *Must be proficient, on time, clean desk type of person. No messy work place. *We do lots of cleaning, and have a clean room environment. We have lots of odd jobs and stay busy. Compensation: * Hourly - Depending on your experience level ($16 to $18 per hour starting pay - room for rapid growth - we pay cash!)
