Team Leaders earn $500 - $700 with guaranteed pay of $500 + tips and bonuses. 1st year Team Leaders make $500-$550 a week and some Team Leaders make close to $700 a week because they have been with us a few years. No one does guarantee pay in the house cleaning business, but we do because we keep our people busy. And if you happen to have a slow week, we take care of you with guaranteed pay so you can have a dependable paycheck every week. Wow ! You can also earn up to $1,600 a year in quarterly bonuses. We reward consistent quality and most of our cleaners earn a bonus every quarter up to $500 a quarter (every 3 months) You get paid more with us but it goes beyond great pay and benefits.
