lost pet rat

hello my name is victoria, i am typin this on my friends laptop and the screen is cracked but im a faster typer on a keyboar so pease forgive any typos... anyways my pet rat named budgie (a hooded fancy rat meaning he has a black head with a black stripe down his white body. he is about a year old. hes my best Friend ive been a wreck without him and he was lost on the 14th of july under crazy circumstances, basically he got ost in the crawlspace of a hotel walll that unbeknown  to me had access to all the rooms....... i stayed there an extra week, thinking, hoping that there was a chance of him returning back to me but i found out last night from one of the two people that found him the night of the 14th that a man and his girlfrienfend took him that night..... i dont know what happened since then, if they stilll have him of=r if he was turned into a shelter..... i am terrified that if is the latter he might have been euthanized....... please resopnd if youve recieved a male rat matching the above description, and with a list of other possible animal shelters he could be at, in longbeach / he was lost at the inn of long beach at 185 atlantic ave.... thank you so much... thanks again
