Nursery/cafe manager to include special events

We have a small farm that has a shop on-site and also hosts special events. In addition we offer some classes and tours. The role that you are applying for is part managing the shop that sells the flowers, plants, etc. (there are part-time employees as well), part assisting with the weekend events which includes live music, outside vendors, food trucks, etc. part organizing all the moving parts. We are looking for someone who like to keep busy and doesn't mind juggling a few things in their role. He or she loves working outdoors, is great with people (customers) and can multi-task. They would be creative, organized as well as adaptable as things change with the seasons. Spanish is a plus, but not necessary. This is a great role and will be really fun for someone looking for a role not in a stuffy office. The schedule is Wednesday-Sunday, though we can be a bit flexible on those days and fit into your schedule - weekends are the busier times.
