Description
Established San Diego recycled paper/stationery manufacturer/distributer is seeking a hard working and experienced Shipping, Assembly & Inventory Clerk to join our team. This Position is responsible for of all aspects of shipping and assembly of our award winning, innovative, eco-friendly products.

Work independently and quickly with good time management skills
The ability to maintain an organized work environment
Basic computer literacy & previous experience with UPS, FedEx and USPS
Must possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to neatly present and pack finished goods
Speed and accuracy are a MUST
Must be able to lift 55 lbs
Artistic abilities and Bindery Experience A PLUS
JOB DESCRIPTION: (responsible for but not limited to)
Picking, packing and shipping outgoing orders daily
Create invoices and packing slips for orders
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory
Assembly of products and detail inspection of products
Track shipments and respond to Customer Service issues pertaining to orders
Complete international Customs forms
Provided shipping quotes, create sample packages and maintain sample room
Forecast product inventory and order supplies as needed
General cleaning and organization of shipping area
Perform additional projects and assist the Sales Team when needed
Operate inkjet Printer and Bindery Equipment
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-4:30 (hours can be slightly modified, vary between 32-40 per week)
