Rehoming black dog

We found a dog a few months ago and I was going to keep her when we couldn't find the owners, but she seems to want to jump on small children when we walk past and my roommate is about to have twins so im looking to rehome her. I dont have the time to train her myself at the moment since I'm in college and a mother myself. She's completely potty trained as long as you let her out. She isn't actually aggressive, she's clingy. That's the one bad thing about her she is very clingy and likes to be right on top of you. But otherwise she is a good dog and loves children. Wouldnt suggest someone with small children unless you're going to train her. She also comes with her kennel, bed, jar of treats, bowls, whatever food is left, I have shoes for her plus a spare pair with 3 left, shampoo, leash, collar, and toys. Im asking $150 to ensure she goes to someone who can take care of her, but everything I've bought comes with her.
