Look, what I need is pretty simple: a singer who can carry a tune just well enough that I can get up on a gazebo once a year in front of all my neighbors and feel special. I don't care about any other gigs - those are just practice for the main event where I get to shine. All I ask is that you show up when I say to. If I change a time, get with the program and figure it out. If I accuse you of something you're guilty. Period. I am judge and jury.. if you don't like it, well that's too bad.. And you need to accept whatever I tell you without question, just like mother did to me. Look, we all have lives outside the band, but mine is the only one that matters. I don't care how much time you put in, if you screw up you're getting a lecture and it better not happen again and NO BACKTALK!
