JOB SCOPE: *ENTIRE BODY OF HOME to be power washed, painted, caulked to include all doors BOTH SIDES, trim, soffit, fascia, etc *areas with arrows are aluminum ALL AROUND THE HOME which also needs to be prepped and painted properly *new black gutters need to be removed prior to painting and reinstalled PAINT COLOR SCOPE: all brick white, all trim, soffit, fascia, etc painted black, doors TBD ***YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO WORK CLEAN, DISPOSE PROPERLY, AND CORRECT ALL ISSUES FOUND FROM YOUR WORK All paint, primer, & caulk provided only ***YOU MUST PROVIDE ALL OF YOUR OWN PREP MATERIALS, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, PERIOD! THIS IS A LABOR ONLY JOB SO YOU GET PAID IN PHASES AS THE JOB PROGRESSES ONLY, NO DEPOSITS OR DRAWS WILL BE PAID AND YOU MUST SIGN A CONTRACT If you aren't presentable, skilled, reliable, professional please don't waste your time and mine responding.
