I have a one-acre lot in Harker Heights that needs to clear a way to drive up to the middle of the property, and in the middle, I need to clear out an area for a prospective home site. I am going to sell this lot, so I do not want the whole lot cleared just enough for the prospective buyer to drive to the middle of it and envision their home. My budget is $600.00. However, I am willing to pay more if needed.
