***MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE*** *** $500 SIGNING BONUS*** *** $18-$20 hour *** We are looking for reliable Installers for windows blinds and shades to join our team! The job entails hanging blinds and shades in commercial buildings and homes in the Austin, TX area. We are willing to train! Starting pay depends on level of expertise and experience. Overtime pay is offered as well. Pre-employment background check and drug test required. $500 hiring bonus. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Must report daily to the Pflugerville/Austin area Required travel within the state of Texas Must be able to handle high paced, physical activity (lifting, climbing, loading and unloading) Must be able to climb a ladder to heights up to 20 feet high (cannot be scared of heights) Must be able to handle power tools, to include: drill and saw Must be able to read a tape measure Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Available to work shift work starting as early as 5-6 am and work until job is done Have reliable transportation Punctual Self starter and can work with varied levels of supervision Construction/installation experience preferred, but not required Able to handle work that requires varying levels of physical exertion Must have good written and oral communication skills and being detail oriented is a major plus Must be able to work well in teams
