Recently returned to Texas after college and looking for chill people to make music with. I'm a decent lyricist and play acoustic guitar if you're into that but honestly if you just let me sing stuff I'm happy. My favorites are all over the place (Rufus Wainwright, Nick Cave, Kurt Vile, Blake Mills, Gillian Welch, Xavier Omar, Moses Sumney, Neko Case). I love older music, too (Roberta Flack, Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, Aretha, Emmylou Harris, Lucinda Williams, Derek & the Dominos). I have a solid vocal range and can work with you if you're looking for a specific sound and I'm always looking for new music to get into. I sound a lot like a Laura Marling if she weren't quite so depressed (but I can channel that). If you're looking for someone easy-going who sounds good I'm your gal.
