opening in practice space for solo musicians

I have a practice space I manage located by division and se 6th that has two spots opening up. Rent depends on the amount of people in there. If only 1 more person comes in - $110/month. if two come in - $82.50/month. I can fit one more drum kit and another person that plays pretty much anything else. 1 person can move in pretty much immediately and the other may have to be after the 25th of next month. We use a google calendar to book practice times and it has worked really well for the past year. Asking for 3 month minimum commitment. please reach out with any questions.
