Our business is expanding, and we are looking for experienced painting contractors that are reliable and capable of producing quality work. Ace of Diamonds Painting is a leader across Northern Colorado and the Front Range, specializing in residential and commercial interior/exterior projects. We take pride in producing quality work while providing excellent customer service. Crews need to have reliable transportation and well maintained equipment. The bulk of our work is between Loveland and Broomfield. If you have issues travelling to or around these areas please do not apply. Position Type: Painting Subcontractor Description: -Interior and exterior painting, focused on residential and commercial locations. -Systematic approach to each job with an emphasis in strong jobsite and project management. -All materials to complete jobs are provided and ready at the beginning of each job. -Weekly pay based on invoices for completed jobs. -We are very busy 10+ months out of the year. Expect 2 or more jobs a week. Requirements: -Be able to communicate in English (speak/read) -Workmen’s compensation and liability insurance. -All necessary tools and equipment. -Have one or multiple crews of 2-4people. -Ability to meet weekly deadlines. -Comfortable with ladder work. -Professional attire and demeanor. -Strong communication skills with Project Manager and client. -Ability to utilize computers and smartphones for communication and reporting. -Able to work some evenings and weekends when necessary. -Reliable means of transportation.
