Description

Labor required to do all aspects of landscape maintenance including planting. Must be in good physical condition, able to work on uneven jobsites, outdoors. This will include mowing lawns, pulling weeds, trimming bushes, raking leaves, picking up and dumping trash. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES • 0-5 years of experience • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, word processing and spreadsheet management programs with working knowledge of applicable codes. • Proficiency in MS Office 365 • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Expertise in managing project costs and budgets to maintain revenue and profit targets. • Experience in preparing specifications, materials, and estimated costs • Experience preparing documents for permit submittal, bidding, and construction • Experience with commercial, residential, and hospitality design • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and manage work independently, as well as a collaborative Team Member • Excellent design capabilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Computer literacy. • Valid Drivers license. • Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.
