I'm curious.
Why are 60 to 70% of couples in television commercials depicted as mixed race when they make up less than 10% of the marriages in the US? Shouldn't they be present in less than 10% of the commercials? That would be a true reflection of society.
Why does Amazon have a black business accelerator program when they say in their commercial 6% of retail businesses are owned by blacks ("and that has to change") who make up 12% of the population? This means that 50% of the black population in the US owns his/her own business. That is a MUCH higher percentage than white owned businesses. Personally, I don't believe the numbers either the Census Dept or Amazon is lying.
Regardless, it sure seems to me that we are being force fed inaccurate depictions of life in America. Are we being fed an agenda by liberals who control the media?
You decide, but the observations surely do not match the data from the US Census Dept.
