A manager team is needed immediately at a top-of-the-line manufactured living community for 55+ Residents. A good manager team will have integrity, friendly personalities, and enjoy getting outside to keep the common areas in their current beautiful condition. Any previous experience with landscaping, irrigation, and mobile home or senior living is a major plus. Manager teams will be provided housing in a 2bd/2ba home with a carport, shed, and back yard. Employer covers all utility and housing costs, provides internet, and pays a monthly salary. Typical hours are 20-30 hours per week, year round. In addition to free housing/utilities, an annual base salary of $35,000 is provided.
