We found this male Lhasa Apso at Richard Lopez Park near N. Slide & Auburn St. last night. He has a blue-collar is not chipped. We cannot keep him because we live in an apartment and we have a cat. Please contact us if you are the owner, are interested in adopting, or can foster him. The Lubbock Animal Shelter is not taking new dogs, by appointment, for up to 2 weeks. We can only keep the dog for 1 day. He seems very healthy and is pretty young, we think. There will be no charge.
