Need help designing a plushie

I'm trying to make a plushie for a friend. I can do the sewing but making the pattern for cutting material is beyond me. I was hoping to find someone who is talented in this field that could help me out. I would provide compensation if required. I want to do the sewing myself since it's for a friend and I want it to be more personal. If anyone has seen the anime Made in Abyss I want to make a meinya plushie. The ones available online are horrendous.
