Pay and Incentives: Competitive Driver Pay - Drivers starting at $18+/hr (depending on experience) Competitive Helper Pay - Helpers starting at $16/hr Tips - Oh, and the tips. Tips are often rewarded to our crews for their hard work. Minimum Requirements: For Movers Positions : no DL required. For Driver Positions : Valid DL for at least 2 years. No more than 2 traffic violations in the past 2 years. Must be comfortable and able to lift heavy items over 50 lbs, repetitively, carrying up and down stairs. Professional and courteous customer service always. Background checks and DMV pulls are contingent for employment at PRO MOVERS.
