I need a section of concrete sidewalk replaced

The borough is requesting that I replace one section of cracked sidewalk in front of my house. Work would include the removal and disposal of the existing concrete sidewalk and placement of the new concrete sidewalk. The section of sidewalk is approximately 4'x4'.
