Electrician Needed

I am in need of an electrician to wire up three switches, one goes to a fan, one to a three way switch, and one is a light switch. The wiring is already there, the switches used to work until I asked for one to be replaced. The guy wired the three way to the wrong switch and I can't manage to wire it back nor is the electrician anywhere to be found. Long story short, three switches $160, everything is on site, I'm not looking for a lifetime warranty or otherwise, just someone who knows what they are doing.
