Seeking Professional Maintenance for 180 Units. * Must be knowledgeable in Apartment Maintenance. * Must be physically capable of all aspects of position such as, but not limited to working in small confined areas, lifting more than 50 pounds and able to work alone. Responsibilities would be as follows: * Routine Maintenance * HVAC Certified and Knowledgeable in HVAC Repair and Installations * Electrical * Plumbing * Carpentry * Appliance Repair * Drywall Repair * Make Readies * Work Orders * Maintain good communication with staff * Willing to work in all weather conditions * Professional Appearance * Timely in all aspects of work * Perform any task deemed necessary by Management Lastly, and most importantly must have own tools and dependable transportation.
