Description
Hello!
I am trying to find a permanent home for a 1.5yr old husky named Leo. He’s been with me for the past two months after I found him without his owners. All of the proper steps have been done to find his owners, but after no luck in reuniting them and a holding period, he is now my responsibility. After some consideration, I decided that having two dogs isn’t feasible for me right now and wanted to try and find him a good home in the mountains. We are located in the Central Valley, so we would have to coordinate to meet up but I am often up in the Tahoe area so it wouldn’t be a problem.
Leo is super friendly and affectionate, loves kids, and fits a typical breed description of a husky (energetic, vocal, etc). He gets along with other dogs but can be somewhat possessive over food and toys (he has nipped me before in trying to get a ball from him). He is highly intelligent and fairly well trained. He’s up to date on vaccinations, altered, and chipped.
I just want to find him a loving home with good people. Happy to answer any questions about him as well. Rehoming fee applies. Thanks for looking!
