Mall Maintenance Associate Job Summary: Awesome climate controlled year around facility with friendly tenets and new challenges... The Wenatchee Valley Mall Maintenance Associate will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating, cooling, and interior/exterior building cleaning. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: • Inspects and identifies lighting, equipment or areas in need of repair. • Exterior Building, parking area and flowerbeds cleaned as needed. • Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs and Services Security Equipment. • Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing tile, drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures. • Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities. • Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance. • Performs other related duties as assigned. • Irrigation and landscaping skills helpful. • Able to work independently. Required Skills/Abilities: • Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior associates. • Knowledge of general carpentry, tile work and painting repair. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Related experience preferred. • Bilingual preferred Physical Requirements: • Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces. • Must be in good physical condition able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
