Im the owner of Ediflorial, weve veen in business for 5 years. I found a commercial spot in Kingfield (S Minneapolis) that I really would like to lease for my floral workshop, but would need to share it with another business/artist. This is not a listing for somewhere to live. It needs some work to be presentable to customers but I would be willing to make it a shared retail space / meeting area / photo studio depending on who wants to share. There’s a very cute new home store in the other half of the building that can serve as an example of it being spruced up.
