Service technician wanted to perform service on new manufactured homes. Skills required include drywall repair, texture matching, caulking and painting. Trim carpentry skills including crown molding, door adjustments, baseboard installation, cabinet trim. Light plumbing and electrical troubleshooting. Attention to detail and good communication skills are required. Must have a good drivers license and be able to pass a drug test. This is a good job for skilled handyman, trim carpenters etc. Manufactured home experience is a plus
