Manufactured Housing dealer has an opening for an experienced light carpentry type person to repair factory built homes, as well as decks, windows, plumbing, flooring, roof repair, landscaping, etc. Lots of work for the right person. Prefer a NON smoker with a clean MVR. We supply larger tools needed, you supply small hand tools. Will consider person with poor driving record if you drive your vehicle to jobsite, pays mileage to jobsite. Pay is $700.00 weekly to qualified person. Lesser qualified will be considered and trained.
