Hello, I currently run an online store out of my house, but I have grown enough to the point that this is no longer feasible. I am looking for a modest size (600-800 sq. ft) office space or shop space that I can utilize in order to expand my operation. I am very quiet and respectful. I would be using this space during typical business hours (7 AM-6PM). I can provide references upon request and cash upfront.
