I am a real estate agent in Philadelphia. Myself and my firm ONLY focus on investment properties, all of our houses are distressed and we evaluate them for investment purposes and my clients are either looking to do full gut/cosmetic rehabs depending on their strategies. I work with over 400 investors and my firm is moving around 50 deals a month. Our deals are in Philadelphia, Delco, and Montco. I am looking for reliable, investor friendly GC's that I can call to either refer out or get a bid on a property. I am looking to build a relationship with a few GC's that I know will be able to pick up the phone and potentially run out to a house that day to give me a bid, and more likely than not you will get that job. It may be fast paced, but I believe we can be a valuable asset to each other with the amount of deals/investors I have looking for referrals to make contacts with.
