Need someone to fix my fence door from drooping

I had a fence installed less than 3 months ago and it would open and close just fine. I also have the hinge that auto-close. Now I have to lift the gate in order to open or close and part of the fence where the installer use screws, it wasn't screwed in well because the screws came out and you will see that in the pics. Please send me your estimates to fix the gate and screw the part that came detached
