Private real estate owner of more than 10 single family houses looking for a handyman with a variety of basic skills such as basic plumbing, painting, general maintenance etc. I will pay $30 an hour with a $90 minimum no matter how small the job is, maximum of $240 - $280 a day. I want routine maintenance done on my properties as well as things required by HOA's.
