You Have: A High School Diploma or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with residents, management, and vendors. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in English for business necessities Appliance, Electrical, HVAC, Painting and Plumbing experience Pools and Spa experience Minimum 1 year multifamily experience with an emphasis on repairs, maintenance, and customer service HVAC Certification preferred Background and pre-employment drug screening are required.
