Engine Mechanic NEEDED for SERIES of JOB$$$!

Looking to hire mechanic who has experience in both small engines as well as truck engines. I have two vehicles - 2002 Dodge Dakota - Overheating/shutting off - Temp gauge not showing overheating (recently replaced therm/water pump/water pump motor/etc - Spewing radiator fluid after running for 20 min 2004 Ford F150 5.4 V8 - Needs new engine installed! I also have a number of small engine fixes on some smaller motors and chainsaws that Im looking to pay per diem for each. I have dealt with a number of mechanics who ALL say they're experienced and can solve my issues, yet here I am again today....
