Local construction company looking to add the ideal candidate. MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION** Responsibilities include but are not limited to: (remodels, restoration and reconstruction) i.e., Demo - all construction phases Flooring - tile, carpet, lvt, laminate, hardwood, etc. Baseboards, crown molding, door trim, installing interior/exterior and garage doors, etc. Pressure washing decks, homes, fences / Sanding - decks, hardwood flooring, subflooring / Staining & painting - decks, fences, exterior and interior homes. Building fences/decks, pergolas, patio systems. Framing, cabinetry, windows, roofing, gutters, siding. Concrete slabs and driveways, lawn services,. etc. Expect to have your hand in all lines of construction within the remodel, restoration and reconstruction phases. **We have multiple jobs going on at once, work area ranges from south Denver to Fort Collins to mountain areas such as Leadville and Fairplay, etc. Looking for a candidate who is willing to learn the trades and grow with the company. *****HUGE potential for growth***** Pay depends of experience. Planning to pay between 16 -18 to start DOE and increases based on performance, experience, and efficiency, etc.
