Looking for a warehouse manager Cal Coast Orchids is a family owned and operating greenhouse operation, located in Los Osos on the central coast. Cal Coast Orchids focusses on obtaining the highest quality Phalaenopsis orchids for the California market. Besides orchids we also sell many different exotic houseplants and we have a large online shipping department. Since our company is growing, we are looking for a warehouse manager. In this role, you are responsible for entering all sales order, double checking the orders that your co-workers pulled, schedule all trucking and keep a tight inventory on all hardgoods present at the facility. We also expect you to help your co-workers to help pulling orders if necessary. Open and transparent communication and experience with working with a computer are crucial in this position. This is a hands on job, where you can combine physical work with office duties, as both are extremely important to deliver the correct orders to our customers. We have an extremely positive team here, with hard working women and men where the majority speaks Spanish, however in this role English is preferred.
