I have a small white dog with hydrocephalus that I’m trying to rehome. He’s 1 year old. He does not have vaccinations due to his hydro. He uses diapers and some times potty pads. Needs more one on one time than I can give him. He’s friendly with people and animals. Loves to eat. Loves to play. He’s not on any medications. He circles a lot due to his hydro and has quite a bit of energy. If interested pls reply to the ad. Thank you.
