Apply here: This position requires the ability to perform general labor in a construction environment assisting with water well drilling, corrosion control product installation, and other corrosion mitigation methods. MESA is willing to train the right candidate. Adhere and promote company SAFETY measures at all times Loading and unloading equipment and materials Prepare construction site and clean up when job is completed Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, tampers, and rakes SAFELY drive trucks and pull trailers with equipment and materials to construction sites Perform routine/preventative maintenance and inspection on equipment Help clean and organize trucks and warehouse areas Minimum Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record for insurability and must be able to obtain a Class A CDL within 3 months from hire date Must be able to pass DOT drug test and physical This position requires travel within the U.S. and may require you to be gone several weeks at a time Able to work outdoors in all types of weather and may be exposed to extremes of climate and temperatures Basic computer skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in heavy equipment operation and general maintenance of (excavators, front-end loaders, dozers, and skidsteers) Experience in water well drilling, corrosion industry, pipeline construction, or underground utilities Class A CDL TWIC Card MESA provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, company-paid life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, health and wellness program, EAP services, profit-sharing, paid time off, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, ongoing training, and advancement opportunities.
