Bannister Properties is looking to employ on either a Part-Time or Full-time basis, a maintenance technician to perform a variety of tasks to support our goal of having well-maintained properties. The candidate must have his/her own truck and tools that they will use to perform their job. Job requirements: -Valid Photo ID -Pass Drug Test/Background Check -Lift 50-75 pounds -Willing to work outside regularly Desired Experience in: -Landscape Maintenance -Minor Plumbing Repair -Minor Electrical Repair -Carpentry -Painting Opportunity is available immediately.
