Seeking detail cleaners to perform final clean on newly constructed buildings. Greater Ann Arbor & Ypsilanti areas. A PRODUCTION BUILDING SOLUTIONS is recruiting energetic hard workers to join our outstanding team on constructions sites, cleaning new commercial buildings for tenant move-in. DUTIES MAY INCLUDE— • Dust & wipe woodwork, window sills, ceiling fans, air vents, & light fixtures • Scrape floors, walls, sinks, commodes, urinals to remove paint spills, drywall drippings, & glue • Clean & polish all bright work; plumbing, faucets, push plates, dispensers, fountains, door & window frames • Dust mop & damp mop floors • Vacuum carpets • Shop vacuuming • Light lifting to 50# • Carry out trash & recycle material • General cleanup as directed by supervisor SKILLS— • Detail-oriented, exceptionally high standards • Complete tasks and follow directions • Take initiative • Work alone or with a team • Physical work on construction site REQUIREMENTS— • On-time & professional • Car to drive to job sites • Cell phone for communication • Long denim or work pants • Work boots (not steel toe) • Legal authorization to work in U.S. • No experience for hardworking individual eager to learn —Full-time & Part-time —7:30am—3:30pm, first shift —$15-$16/hour, WEEKLY PAY —Hard hat & high visibility vest provided as needed —Leadership opportunities & training —Fun, supportive crew A PRODUCTION BUILDING SOLUTIONS is a commercial cleaning industry leader in southeast Michigan providing construction cleanup, disaster restoration, & commercial office cleaning with the highest quality.
